The Stylus Brush
The Clean-IT is a carbon fibre stylus brush, which allows for simple but effective maintenance of your pick-up cartridge. By running this brush down the cantilever and over the diamond stylus, you can remove most dirt and deposits from the stylus tip.
Removing dust and dirt built-up from the stylus prolongs cartridge life, improves sound quality and protects your vinyl records from wear.
Ortofon only recommend the use of brushes when cleaning or maintaining a cartridge.
